1. If the ordered Good Hampers, Food Hampers or any other Gift Hampers are inaccessible at the time of delivery in the said city, we shall deliver available best quality Hampers of equal value that is available. We always keep in mind to deliver products of the same or higher value to our customers in such cases.

2. Our prime goal is to deliver every ordered Hampers on the same day but we consider orders including those for Midnight, placed after 4 P.M. IST to be the orders for the next day. We highly appreciate a phone call from the recipient or customer after such urgent delivery is fulfilled.

3. The cost of every product is subjected to MRP restrictions are sold on our website after incorporating the charges for our service, due to technical restrictions the delivery charges and online transaction charges which are not shown separately. We hope it to be understood.

4. We are not at all responsible for the quality of the product. The quality of the product is utterly depended upon the respective brand owner. If the quality of the product does not satisfy you then you can lodge a complaint on them through us.

5. All the customers are requested to provide correct and complete address with details when making a request to make our delivery process efficient and reliable. If the customer makes a mistake in giving the complete address or providing wrong information or if the recipient is out of reach, then we would not refund any amount.

6. Any money refund related decision is entirely depended on the proprietor of our website. If a customer or recipient is not satisfied with the delivered Hampers or the services then he or she can lodge a complaint against the quality of the delivered product or a wrong delivery for that every customer needs to do it within 48 hours of delivery and also he or she needs to provide an exact image of the delivered product. Basing upon the complaint made, the refund or re-delivery will be made.

7. Our website provides FREE delivery within the cities. An extra cost of $1 to $3 is charged for delivering perishable products out of city limits or to villages. For such locations we do not keep the delivery on hold but make it on time and send you a link for paying this extra charge.

8. Our website can give the assurance of the product delivery but with that we do not guarantee of an exact time of delivery. We try our best to match our delivery with your preferred time but cannot assure you of exact timing.

9. All the customers are informed that we shall not be responsible for any other charges such as Profit and loss and emotional stress etc. arising because of non-delivery. 100% money will be paid back if we are not able to deliver the order.

10. If due to any reason we cannot get the money against a served order in that case the customer and as well as the recipient of that product shall be equally responsible to compensate for the sum due. If both the Customer & the Recipient refuses to pay us then our website shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the sum due.

11. Respective brand owners are the proprietors of the Products which are sold by our website and they are also the owner of the trademarks, logos which get displayed on the products.

12. All the customers are informed that to cancel an order they needs to request us at least 24 hours before the shipment or the date of delivery. In such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted for the purpose of processing of credit card. For order modification, the customer needs to inform us 1 day in advance of the date of delivery between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

13. If there is no indication of exact date of Hampers delivery in such case our website will deliver within 24 hours.

14. The Local court of Pune will be the responsible authority against all the claims.

15. The consignee will pay the Octroi charges, if any as it might be applicable in the state of the recipient.

16. Our website reserves the full right to change the delivery to an earlier or later date in case of floods, heavy rains/ Strike or any other such reasons beyond our control.

17. The delivery schedule of our Hampers may vary between the same-day of placing the order to three business days. We deliver our products in all the metropolitan cities on the same day and in all major cities or towns with in one business day. Actually the product delivery is entirely depended on the destination city or town.

18. The consignee will pay the Octroi charges, if any as it might be applicable in the state of the recipient.
